
Anthony Simari joined the firm in June 2004 as an
associate attorney and was named a partner in January 2007.
Mr. Simari has extensive experience in negotiating and closing all types of
complex commercial real estate transactions.
He has represented clients in the acquisition, development and financing of
apartment buildings, commercial and retail properties, office buildings and
air and development rights throughout New York City and the metropolitan
region. He has closed more than $200,000,000 in sales and acquisitions per
year for each of the last five years. These transactions have involved all
types of financing including permanent and bridge loans, mezzanine financing
and construction mortgages.
In addition, he has represented both landlords and tenants in the
negotiation and execution of commercial lease terms for office and retail
spaces. Mr. Simari has also represented clients in asset purchase
agreements, stock purchases and joint venture agreements.
Mr. Simari makes practical use of his experience and creativity in his
approach to difficult transactions without sacrificing his client’s legal
needs.
Mr. Simari graduated with honors from Boston University, holding a
bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate from
Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar Association. |
