Andre Haynes practices in the civil litigation division of the firm, specializing in default and holdover matters and landlord tenant law on behalf of our condominium and cooperative clients. Before joining the firm, Mr. Haynes was an associate with one of the country’s largest insurance defense firms. He specialized in complex litigation matters that included Professional Liability, Directors & Officers liability, Legal Malpractice, Commercial Liability and General Liability defense. Prior to becoming an attorney, Andre worked as a Paralegal for six years with the City of New York Law Department and two years with Smith Barney’s legal division. Mr. Haynes is a graduate of Fordham Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York’s federal court system. Mr. Haynes is also a member of both the New York State and City Bar Associations.
