James Anderson, of Counsel to the firm in litigation, received his law degree in 1994 from New York University School of Law and his college degree from Harvard. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation and arbitration on behalf of existing cooperative and condominium Boards of Directors and associations, as well as substantial experience with securities fraud and construction litigation. Mr. Anderson supervises the ongoing litigation work in the firm’s litigation department.
