Maryam Christine Toosie joined the firm’s real estate practice in March 2006. Ms. Toosie has a wealth of experience spanning all facets of commercial and residential transactions. She came to Smith, Buss & Jacobs from Stroock Stroock & Lavan where she coordinated preparation of offering plans and negotiated commercial and residential purchase agreements. In addition, Ms. Toosie focuses on drafting, amending and negotiating offering plans with the Attorney General’s office. It is this area of expertise that Ms. Toosie has decided to broaden and focus on at Smith, Buss & Jacobs.

Ms. Toosie has an undergraduate degree from Barnard College. She is a graduate of New York University School of Law. Ms. Toosie is admitted in the State of New York.
