Peter Nenadich joined the firm in 2004 and has focused on commercial and residential contracts. Mr. Nenadich supervises the closing phases in condominium conversions, including recording the condominium documents and establishing the condominium association. He also handles typical commercial sales, acquisitions and financings. Mr. Nenadich graduated with a bachelor’s in Political Science from Binghamton University and earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. At Hofstra he was a founder of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
